I have had the pleasure of working as a Massage Therapist now for 10yrs and have been blessed to own this establishment for 6 years. I absolutely love being able to help HEAL. Most of my sessions are working towards a medical, obtainable goal. I have experience with the following modalities:Vedic Thai Yoga, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapies, Muscle Energy Techneiques, Myofascial, cervical orthopeadic, Medical massage for headaches, migraines, and TMJ, Elite Sports, Reflexology, Hot Stones, Bamboo, prenatal massage, pediactric massage, and Kinesiology taping.

I use everything I know to help each persons individual needs. When you schedule with me, we schedule by the length of the session and not the type of massage.
